Half day in Madrid (4h.)

 

If you have short time in Madrid but you are interested to see the most important places, we recommend you to do a nice walking tour by the medieval Madrid or the "Austrias quarter" of 2h30.

 

As well we can do a combined 4h tour, that is: walking tour of the old quarter plus guided visit of the inside of the Royal Palace, or the prado Museum.

 

Another interesting option for a half day tour can be to do City Tour with a private Coach, 3h.

Madrid full day tour (8h.)

 

In the morning we begin visiting the Royal Palace. 2h.

 

After the Royal Palace, we will do a walking tour by the "Madrid Villa y Corte" ( known as well as the Augsburg Quarter ), starting in Oriente Square and finish in Plaza Mayor. 2h.

 

After the break for lunch by yourselves in the "San Miguel" market place, we will do a walking tour of the "Literary Quarter". 2h.

 

Then, we will finish doing the guided visit of the Prado Museum, where we can see the most important paintings by “el Greco”, "Velazquez”, and “Goya”. 2h.

One day and half

 

The first day will be the same like “One day in Madrid”.

 

The second day, we will go to visit the city of Toledo, 6h.

 

In Toledo, we will do a panoramic tour stopping in front of the city for pictures.

 

After, we will do a walk through the Jewish Quarter, visiting the famous Santa Maria La Blanca Synagogue and Santo Tome church, where we will see the painting by El Greco " The Burying of the Lord of Orgaz".

 

We will finish visiting the main cathedral, the "primary" and most important of Spain, where we could appreciate all its details inside.

Two days in Madrid

 

The first day will be the same like “one day in Madrid”. The second day we will do a full day tour of Toledo, 9h.

 

In the morning we will do the city tour, Jewish Quarter plus the guided visit of the "San Juan de Los Reyes church".

 

We will have lunch in a restaurant near the Cathedral.

 

After lunch, we will go to visit the Cathedral.

 

In this 9h tour we have spare time to buy the famous crafts "Damasquinos".

 

A different option for the second day, can be the visit of the city of Segovia, 9h.

 

In Segovia we will visit the cathedral, the amazing Alcazar with its incredible views, we will do a walk trough the nice medieval streets, and of course, we will see the most famous monument of Segovia: The Roman Aqueduct..

More that two days in Madrid

 

We can spend one day in Madrid, another day in Toledo, another in Segovia, Aranjuez, Alcalá de Henares, El Escorial, etc...

 

The election is yours, depending of your preferences...

 

And why not! We can take the AVE ( High Speed Train ) and visit Sevilla, Córdoba, coming back to Madrid in the same day or spend there the night.
